A service hotline offers additional and direct personal contact during our regular business hours. We are able to support you and your specific system set-up with remote maintenance.

You can profit from our fast, personalized, and straight-forward service delivered by our specialists who will competently address your technical or user-specific questions.

Up-to-date

We offer updates and upgrades online at regular intervals, every few weeks, in order to react to the numerous inquiries, ideas, and practical demands of our many customers. We are always striving to keep these intervals as short as possible so that our customers are always up-to-date and that all ideas and wishes are realized and made available to you. In short: With TSP you are always kept up-to-date.

Updates and upgrades can also be accessed via CD/DVD and will be sent to you by mail at your request (via phone, fax, e-mail to support@CAQ.de or on the CAQ AG Factory Systems website).

Bonus for Software User Workshops

TSP customers receive a discount of up to 25% on the TSP annual dues to offset participation fees for CAQ AG Factory Systems seminars. These seminars are conducted by GFQ Akademie GmbH and licensed by CAQ AG Factory Systems.
